This detailed report gives you all information of reported needs, which have the status “Confirmed”.
Select a client of which you want to evaluate the reported needs.
Restrict the evaluation for example to a course activation, a division, a group or an OU. The filter classification you get after selecting a client. It contains the classifications which are stored in the appropriate client ( see here about classifications).
Example for a report
This report gives you an overview of all your selected filter settings and lists you the following information per reported need:
Title of the course activation
Status of the course activation (Initiated, Being Planned, Decision → Approved → Rejected later → Rejected, Active, Closed, Archived)
If available: the stored price of the course in the course activation
If available: data of the cost center.
User name of the person, for whom the need was confirmed.
First and last name of the person, for whom the need was confirmed.
OU of the person, for whom the need was confirmed.
Number of the needs, which the person has confirmed.
Status of the need. It is always “Confirmed”.
The priority of the need as entered at the reported need: Low, normal, high.
The language in which the training should be.
The remark as entered at the creation of the reported need.
Training person responsible
The training person responsible of the course activation if applicable.
Classifications of the selected client
Shows if the course activation of the need belongs to a classification of the client.
