Assessments: context menu

Preview

If you choose Preview in the context menu of the appropriate assessment, the Preview window from user view opens.

New assessment

If you choose New assessment in the context menu of the appropriate assessment, the Assessment wizard for creating a new assessment opens.

Edit

If you choose Edit in the context menu of the appropriate assessment, the Assessment wizard for editing the assessment opens.

Delete

If you choose Delete in the context menu of the appropriate assessment, the dialog window Delete for deleting the assessment opens. Then you click on the button Delete.

Translation area

If you choose Translation area in the context menu of the appropriate assessment, the dialog window Translation area for translating the assessment opens. To do translations in different languages, you click on the button Do a translation of your favored languageMore information about the translation management you find here.

Show report

If you choose Show report in the context menu of the appropriate assessment, the dialog window Reports opens. By marking the appropriate report and clicking the button View, you can view this report.

Information

If you choose Information in the context menu of the appropriate assessment, the dialog window Information with the tabs GeneralUse, History and Security opens.

General

On the tab General you find the following information regarding:

Use

On the tab Use you find information regarding:

  • Type,
  • Path,
  • Title and
  • External reference.

History

On the tab History you find the history of the change data with information about date and time and the appropriate editor.

Security

You can define the object permissions for a user (author, user or team leader) or a permission group on the tab Security. Therefore click the button User management to select single users and to assign object permissions to them or you click the button Group permission to select a permission group and to assign object permissions to it. You can grant the following object permissions:

Finally, you click the button Save.

To edit the object permissions later, you click the Pencil, set or deactivate the corresponding check marks and click the button Save. If you click the Pencil, you also see the permissions inherited.

Notes

Note the following facts:
– A user for UGC (My content on the Learning place) receives on his/her category automatically all object permissions.
– Object permissions of one category will be inherited to the sub categories and the objects of the categories, also their sub categories.
