Create user profile

To create a new user profile, define first the master data and then the visible and/or editable parameters for this user profile.

To create a new user profile, choose User management User profiles.

Master data


Determine a title for the user profile.


Enter a description that contains more in-depth information for the user profile.


Select, which user attributes should be visible and/or editable and/or visible in the participant list for the event date and/or editable by team leader:

  • User name
  • Personal description
  • Last name
  • First name
  • Gender
  • Form of address
  • Title
  • E-mail
  • Mobile number (private)
  • Cell phone (work)
  • Entry date

The user data marked with the check mark Visible in the participant list for the event date are shown on the participant list on the event date page in the user and/or team leader area.

The user data marked with the check mark Editable by team leader enable the team leaders who got the team leader right Edit users that they can edit the employee data in the employee table in the cockpit via the context menu on the left side besides the corresponding user name.


Not editable by the team leader are the user name, the password, the training coaches, the superior and the team leader.

New backend

Set this check mark to activate the new backend with functions of the course activations to all users who are assigned to this user profile.


Note that to create a new user profile for assigning the activated new backend with course activations and add this then on the tab Options in the Client wizard, and after that assigning it to the favored author in the Author assistant on the sub tab Extended of the tab Master data.
