Community groups: context menu

Preview

If you choose Preview in the context menu of the corresponding Community group (Group type Personal pinwall, group or learning group), the Preview of the corresponding community group (Group type Personal pinwall, group or learning group) opens.

New group

If you choose New group in the context menu of the corresponding Community group (Group type Personal pinwall, group or learning group), the Community group wizard for creating a new Community group (Group type Normal group or Learning group) opens.

Edit

If you choose Edit in the context menu of the corresponding Community group (Group type Personal pinwall, group or learning group), the Community group wizard for editing the Community group opens.

Archive

If you choose Archive in the context menu of the corresponding Community group, the dialog window Archive for archiving the Community group(s) opens. Then you click on the button Archive.

Show report

If you choose Show report in the context menu of the corresponding Community group, the dialog window Reports opens. By marking the corresponding report and clicking the button View, you can view this report.

Information

If you choose Information in the context menu of the corresponding Community group, the dialog window Information with the tabs General, Use and History opens.

General

On the tab General you find the following information regarding:

Use

On the tab Use you find information regarding:

  • Type,
  • Path,
  • Title and
  • External reference.

History

On the tab History you find the history of the change data with information about date and time and the appropriate editor.
