Create an event date out of a template

You can create one or more event dates out of an event date template, whereupon the first event date is always on the selected date and a pre-task is corresponding before the first event date. When creating event dates out of event date templates you can skip the weekend, this means if the follow-up date is on a Saturday, Avendoo® takes Monday as next date. Furthermore, you can change the date later.

Note that Avendoo® applies the status of the event date template.

To create a new event date out of an event date template, choose Learning content → Events → Create an event date out of a template. The dialog window Create an event date out of a template opens.

Select the favored event date template and define the starting date. If applicable set the check mark of the option Skip weekend. Then click the button Continue.

Now you can adjust manually the corresponding event data (event dates, post- and pre-tasks). Finally, you click the button Accept and close.
