You see all rooms, which belong to the location, in the table, listed by name, room number, floor, building and contact partner. Also you see the number of event dates, at which the room is used.
Select by setting a check box two rooms, which you want to merge.
When two rooms couldn’t be merged, choose the tab Check. Then you define via radio button, which room you want to keep.
You see now in the overview the saved information of both rooms, which you have selected.
Decide now, which information or which room you want to keep and click then on Accept.
