This report shows you the average answer selected by users for the total results of the higher-level questions in a feedback exchange. In addition, the event dates are evaluated if the feedback is linked to an event from course contents and the user was present.
Mandatory
- Feedback:
Choose at first a feedback for getting a collection of feedback questions. This step is mandatory, because there is no other way to choose multiple superior feedback questions at the same time. The evaluation is however cross-feedback. - Feedback category: By the limitation on one category there are only the feedback forms of this category in the evaluation considered.
- Date: Limit the data to a time period. There are only data considered, which are created in the appropiate time.
Optional
For improving the evaluation you can choose various filter settings to limit the data:
- Course activation/ Client/ OU/ Divsion/ Group: If one and the same feedback is used in multiple learning units, you can choose a certain unit to make a detailed evaluation.
- Evaluate mandatory feedback questions only: This check box is set by default for really evaluating ony the mandatory feedback questions. If you want to evaluate all feedback questions of the chosen object, delete this check mark.
- Course activation: If needed you can limit the data on a single course activation. This means that only the feedback results are considered, which were created within this course activation.
- Event date: Limit the data on feedback results, which were created within an event date.
