Point accounts

The owner of a personal point account is the corresponding registered user. The owner of a client point account is the client from the category tree.

The personal point account is generated per user when the trigger has been activated (completion of the course activation or self or external registration). The author has defined that trigger in the Course activation wizard on the sub tab Gamification points of the tab Options. Then these points will be shown under the menu Point accounts. At the same time the defined value from the Course activation wizard is generated and is booked to the user’s account.

The client point account books the defined points to the corresponding client of all corresponding users of the course activation  if the trigger is activated.

Furthermore the author can manually add later points in both point accounts.

The user can show his oder her points under Personal settings or on the tab My points on the page Achievements with level and status bar.

The author maintains the level structure in the system setting “gamification.configuration”.
