Describes a team leader right.

Enables the team leader to edit attributes of an employee, which the author can configure in the user profile of the employee. Additionally, the team leader can depending on the client register users, if the support-author-mb has set the parameter “allowUserRegistrationByTeamleader” on the custom page of the individual user area to “true”

Gives the right for creating, editing and deleting attributes of employees in the team leader cockpit and the access to activate inactive users. For showing the column User status on the tab Employees in the Team leader cockpit the author has added this column in the system setting “cockpit.table.employeeslist.columnconfig.allowed” (35=User status) before. Also this right allows the user team leader to create own employees via registration code and CSV file.
