To get to My cockpit, choose on the start page the tab My cockpit.
To edit the order of the tabs, click on the icon. Then click on the grey toggle besides Edit the order.The toggle turns green and shows the edit mode. Via drag and drop you can change the order of the tabs. Finally you click on the green toggle, which turns to grey. Then click on the icon .

The team leader can also be chosen as controller of the tasks. In this case the task appears in your to-do items and you can confirm, that the course participant has down the task. Click on Tasks and you get the list of the assigned tasks. Now you see individual courses with appropriate tasks. If you click the icon at the end of the appropriate column, you get the course participants, which got this task. You can change the status Not finished/Finished by clicking.
Knowledge tests can contain essay questions. The answer of this question is always a text, which should be corrected and assessed manually.
Once an evaluation is available for the team leader, Avendoo® sends the e-mail Fill-out assessment to the team leader. These assessments can be done depending on the configuration by author in the author’s backend or in the cockpit by a team leader.
There can be an approval procedure for events activated. There are two basic settings:
- Approval is deemed “approved”: The learners are approved to the participation of the event, once they are registered by themselves. The team leader can veto and forbid the individual learners to participate until the registration deadline of the event.
- Approval is deemed “declined”: The learners are despite their registration not completely registered to the event. A team leader has to approve the registration first. If he/she doesn’t approve, the learners are automatically deregistered. The approval can be done until the official registration deadline of the event.
You see a list of all pending approvals. You can approve or decline the participation of your employees appropriate until the registration deadline of the event.
If an user needs an approval for deregistrating from a course, you can approve or decline the request. Therefore click on the button Edit. Below the appropriate deregistration you can enter a remark on decision. If the selection of a substitute participant is activated in the appropriate event, you can select a substitute participant. Finally you click on the button Approve deregistration or Reject deregistration.
