Training coach

Because training coaches are responsible for performance evaluation, they are informed in Avendoo® about escalations in the approval procedure for course activations, about done assessments,  if there are notifications on demand or processing reminder e-mails to trainees or if the duration is exceeded and also on announcements and on polls.

The author selects on the tab Learning transfer in the Course activation wizard, which training coach (=author) will be informed about done assessments. This selection considers:

• the CC registration confirmations of participants to
• the CC invitations of the participants to
• the duration reminder
• the escalation
• the notifications regarding the certifications and
• the learning transfer reports (Assessment on what was learned according to training coach and Learning transfer – journal of filled-out assessments for the training coach)

There is a difference to the training coach, which the author selects on the sub tab Company of the tab Master data in the User wizard. This selection considers:

• the response receiver and
• the text display on the course info page
