Describes a user right.

Use
The user team leader got the training request as stream at the start page via the +tile. Thus the user team leader can open the request tool. Furthermore, the user team leader can open and show the request tool also via the other tiles.

Effects
The right Training request shows the editing mask of the request tool at the page Start in the user frontend area.
