Own event dates: Do deregistrations and registrations

Describes an event management right for authors.

Usage
Access to the Event manager (Event date) and the possibility to do deregistrations and registrations, but only for event dates, on which the author is coordinator or speaker.

Effect
This right shows the column Functions (Move (Alternative event date), Move (Event), Move (List of interested parties), Deregister (Follow-up event date), Further accompanying person, Add comment, Show history/comment, Open User wizard, Register to further event and Adjust food request) on the tab Overview in the Event manager and activates the button Move several participants (Alternative event date).
