Access to the event manager

Describes an event management right for authors.

Usage
This right controls the display of the menu item Event management and thus the access to tasks and event dates.

Effect
NOTES

• Without any further permission for event dates (all or own) there are shown no event dates.
• This right is linked to the right Create and edit events. Is the right Create and edit events activated or deactivated, also the right Access to the event manager is activated or deactivated.
• The visibility of users in the Event manager can exceed the configurated OUs. Example: If an author is also team leader with the access right Own event dates: Record attendances, he/she can record attendances for participants of his/her own team and for further participants.
