Create community groups

Describes a team leader right.

Usage
This right allows the team leader to create, edit and delete community groups, if this right is activated on the tab Options in the appropriate client.

Effect
This right shows the appropriate buttons and allows the functions Create, Edit and Delete for the community groups.
