The hosting platform Juna guarantees a powerful performance and a secure surrounding for your Avendoo®. The additional firewall and the tested safety standards are certified with DIN/IEC 27001. In this infrastructure the Juna inspection window is integrated, which guarantees the security of the systems.
In the inspection window of the appropriate Juna frame the current operating system will be updated for providing security for the infrastructure to avoid security holes. Note that during this time there is no update of the Avendoo® application.
The Juna inspection window takes places from 5:00 p.m. til 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, except frame #3 on every third wednesday of the month from 08:00 a.m. til 10:00 a.m.
To see, in which frame an Avendoo® system is, choose as author Settings → Information in the appropriate Avendoo® system. You can’t see this information in the settings as user.
Rhythm of the Juna inspection window
- Frame #1 is processed on every first Tuesday of the month (see screenshot)
- Frame #2 and frame #4 are processed on every second Tuesday of the month.
- Frame #6 is processed on every third Tuesday of the month.
- Frame #3 is processed on every third Wednesday of the month from 08:00 a.m til 10:00 a.m.
