Integration of the roombooking in the calendar with Outlook and Google Mail

If there’s an exchange address stored in the room and the IT of the customer allows that meeting requests can be sent to this room, you can display in the event date in Avendoo® if the roombooking was successful.


The status is then visible when the event date and the event were saved and then the Event date wizard or the Event manager (resources view) was opened again. It’s not possible to check the availability of the room before via the inbox during creating the event date in Avendoo®.
