Former employee view in the team leader cockpit

You have selected an employee via his/her user name and now you see directly his/her master data and below his/her current trainings and his/her training inventory. There are generally two basic processes in the current trainings. On the one hand there is the overview of the current training content. On the other hand there is the possibility to add further training content, more information under Register employees to further trainings.

The overview of the current trainings is divided into four areas, which are shown via own tab in the current trainings.

Training plans

Community groups

Furthermore you can select besides the tab Master data the tabs Qualifications, Certifications and Approvals.

Current training offerings – Learning content

Select the tab Learning content. You see first a complete listing of all content, to which the employee is registered to.

Filter

Filter your favored learning content, which you want to display in the next step. Therefore is the title filter and the check boxes for e-learnings, blended learning and events (course activations without e-learning parts). If there are shown all learning content of the employee, then consider that the checkmark in all three check boxes are set and also the entry field of the title should be empty. Via Reset you reset the filter options back to standard.


Display

The following data will be shown:

  • Type of the learning unit
    • E-learning
    • Blended-learning (E-learning + event) or
    • Events
  • Title of the course activation
  • Teaser
  • Shows you the learning progress of your registered employee.
  • de15 Language of the appropriate learning content
  • If it is blended learning, you see if applicable the note “Not registered to an event date!“.
  • Via the calendar icon you can open the event and register your employee to an event date. A table opens with data of the appropriate event and an overview of all events, if multiple events are contained in the course. Via Open Event date view you get into the preview of the appropriate event and you can register or deregister your employee. If the employee is registered to an event date, you can see to which he/she is registered.
  • The next column contains if applicable a Required or Optional button. This button shows the current processing mode of the employee. You can change the processing mode via click on the buttons. In the last column you can depending on your authorizations deregister your employees from the whole learning unit.

Current training offerings – Event dates

Select the tab Event dates. You see first a complete listing of all event dates, to which your employee is registered.

Filter

Filter your favored event dates. Therefore use the Title filter, the filter for location and language and the filter for start and end date. Also you can set the checkmark for Delete Registration deadline und Traffic ┬╗ No Entry Booked up event dates. If you want to display all event dates of the OU, consider that all checkmarks are set in all three check boxes and in this case the entry field of the title should be empty and an appropriate time period in the date filter should be set. Via Reset you reset the filter options back to standard.


Display

The display is divided into Event dates and List of interested parties. Preliminary event dates are lists of interested parties, to which users can register. But there isn’t set a concrete event date.

The title of the event date and below the time period is listed always in each first column of the listings. Then the language of the event is shown. The last column shows you the button Deregister if you are authorized to do.

Current training offerings – Training plans

Select the tab Training plans. You see first a complete listing of all training plans, at which your employee is registered.

Filter

Filter for a favored training plan by the title filter. Via Reset you make the entry field empty.


Display

The following data is displayed:

  • Title of the training plan
  • Teaser
  • Shows the learning progress of your registered employee.
  • de15 Stands for the language of the training plan.
  • The next column contains if applicable a Required or Optional button. This button shows the current editing mode of the employee. Here you can change appropriate the editing mode via click on the buttons. You can deregister your employees from the whole learning unit in the last column depending on authorization.

Select the tab Community Groups. You see first a complete listing of all training plans, at which your employee is registered.

Qualification profile

Select comparison profile.

Certifications

Select the tab  Certifications. You see first the certifications, which belong to the employee.


Display

The following data is displayed:

  • Title of the certificate
  • Validity of the certificate
  • Link to the display of the certificate
  • Note for editing the certificate

Create certificate

Approvals (events)

Select the tab  Approvals (events). You see first the approvals of the employee for his participation on events.


Display

The following data is displayed:

  • Event date
  • Approval status
  • the buttons Approve participation and Reject participation
