Starting page of the course

« Zurück zum Glossar

The starting page of the course is shown to the user when he/she opens the course the first time. The starting page contains information about a course, which is important at the beginning, for example learning targets, material for preparation or a salutation. If the user opens the course repeatedly he/she can hide the starting page of the course.

Authors can design the starting page of the course via the editor and it is optional. There are design templates and Move available for the layout of the starting page. If the author doesn’t enter text or insert pictures, the user gets directly to the main page of the course.

You should make a difference to the starting pages of the knowledge tests and the flashcard files.
