The room requests can be sent to a room of a specific location, which then can be automatically answered by Outlook (accepted or rejected).
Prerequisite is that the rooms of the appropriate location are defined in Outlook. Furthermore the author has entered the e-mail address of the appropriate room on the tab Parameters in the Room wizard.
