Role

The function that has a person in an organization.

The author creates the role in the Client wizard. Then he/she can assign the role to the favored permission group. After that he/she assigns the role directly in the Author or User wizard or via the permission group to the appropriate user.

The role is relevant to the Assessments, Feedback forms, Qualifications profiles and the User import. The author can create a rule on participants regarding a role.

The role is shown in various reports, for example in the dynamic report Dynamic participation in event by Activation client and OU.

Examples for roles: Designer, Developer, Product manager.
