By using the edit mode of the learning objects you define, which learning objects of the coure have to be processed or passed to take the next hurdle or to complete the whole course.

If the learners have edited or passed all learning objects, the following happens:

Note:

  • The cursor in the learning path, for example Rick Adventure in the horizontal Jungle learning path, is positioned at the first learning object, which has to be processed or passed and not have been processed or passed.
  • Learning objects with the option Mandatory or Pass before a hurdle, this means on the left side of the hurdle, have to be processed or passed to take the hurdle.
  • Select Optional, if a learning object can be processed by the learner voluntarily. This option has no effect on hurdles and the completion of the course.
  • Select Mandatory, if a learning object has to be completed by the learner. The result is inconsiderable on learning objects, which have the result Passed/Not passed like knowledge tests or assessments.  It has to be only an entire result.
  • Select Pass, if a learning object has to completed with the result Passed at least once.
