Drill down reports
Drill down reports represent a more detailed look into the analyze data of your basic report in your Avendoo® learning world. The basic report can be static or dynamic. If the user displays the dynamic or static report, he sees a blue underlined link (user name for example). Via clicking this link the user gets to the assigned drill down report.
Prerequisites
The author assigns the favored drill down report templates for dynamic reports on the tab Drill down report templates in the Report templates wizard. Then he assigns the favored users (authors and/or users) via the link Assign of the appropriate dynamic report template on the overview table of the report templates.
The author sees in the Author or User wizard on the tab Functions the available static reports and their available drill down reports beneath shown indented. By setting a check mark the static reports and their drill down reports will be activated for the corresponding user.
