You can do the following filter settings for restricting the data of evaluation:
- Division
- Group
- Organizational unit (OU)
Example of a report
Organizational unit (OU)
An organizational unit is for example the department or the team of the user.
Group
A group has multiple organizational units, for example a bigger group of departments.
Division
A division has multiple groups.
User management
Shows if it is a user or an author.
Created
Shows the date when the user was created.
Time
Shows the time when the user was created.
Created by
Shows who has created the user.
