This report shows the ratio of the completed learning units with the learning format e-learning to the completed learning units with the learning format events. Thus the number of participants, which completed the appropriate course activations in a selected time period, is detected. “Completed” means that there is an appropriate entry in the training inventory, because all mandatory parts of the learning unit are completed by the learner.
Mandatory
- Client
- Time period (Starting and end date)
Optional
- Region
- Organizational unit
- Division
- Group
Example for a report
Learning units with events
Number of the completed course activations, which contain one or more events (learning format “event” or “e-learning+event”)
- Learning format “Event”: The learning path has for example one event and one feedback if applicable, but no instructional material, knowledge tests, assessments or similar.
- Learning format “E-Learning+event”: The learning path has a blended learning scenario and thus contains face to face sessions or e-learning objects like instructional material, knowledge tests or assessments.
Learning units with e-learning
Number of the completed course activations, which contain e-learning elements (learning format “E-learning” or “E-learning+event”)
- Learning format “E-Learning”: The learning path contains only e-learning objects like instructional material, knowledge tests, assessments etc.
- Learning format “E-Learning+event”: The learning path has a blended learning scenario and contains face to face sessions and e-learning objects like instructional material, knowledge tests or assessments.
Ratio of events to e-learning sessions
Because this ratio represents a number without measurement unit the number “1” means that the ratio or the number of events to e-learning is the same.
E-learning + event
Number of the completed course activations, which contain events and e-learnings (learning format “E-learning”, “Event” and “E-learning+event”)
