The difference between “capacity utilization for event date” and “occupancy for the event date”: If the maximum number of participants has been exceeded, because an author has registered more participants than being planned, the occupancy for the event date can be more than 100 %. - Participant

The report shows you your filter settings at first. Then you see a listing of the evaluation entries, which you have chosen individually in the report columns.

Type (of event date)
Shows if it’s an event (face to face session) or a Virtual Classroom (online meeting).
