Report columns
Indicate which columns in the report should be shown. To do so, activate the desired report column by putting a check in the checkbox. To change the position of a report column, simply drag it to the place where you want to put it and drop it there.
Course participant
You can show the following entries for the column “Course participant”. Therefore set the checkbox in the appropiate line.

- Form of address

- First name

- Organizational unit
- Division
- Group
- Street, building number
- ZIP code
- Town
- Country
- Phone
- Cell

Learning object
You can show the following entries for the column “Learning object”. Therefore set the checkbox in the appropiate line.

- Completed the first time
Sorting
To arrange the evaluation results more clearly, you can define the sorting of the whole report and if the report should be sorted in descending or ascending order.
- No limitation or
- Sorting by chosen entry
Diagrams
Define if diagrams or logos should be displayed, for example to save space:
- Show logos
- Show header and filter data
- Show footer
- No group overview in CSV export
- Use fixed width in report columns
Example of a report
The report “Dynamic statistics on course participants – learning path” shows you the current processing status of a selected course participant in the selected course activation.
If you click on the title of the learning object Knowledge test, you get to the report “Knowledge-test results”.
If you click on the title of the learning object Event, you get to the report “Progress in carrying out an event”.
If you click on the title of the learning object Feedback form, you get to the report “Result for a feedback form”.
If you click on the title of the learning oject Assessment, you get to the report “Assessment results”.
Some explanations of the example of the report:
User name
Shows the user name of the learner.
Defined 10 to 14
Shows defined fields for the learner.
Inactive user
Shows if it is an inactive user.
Type of learning object
Shows if it’s one of the following types of learning objects:
- Knowledge test,
- Feedback form,
- Assessment,
- Event,
- Instructional material,
- E-payment,
- Forum,
- Web-based training offer or
- Flashcard file.
Action
Shows the necessary action for the learning object.
Status (color)
Shows the status of the learner in color. In the total line you see, how many per cent the learner has completed the learning object, at which Optional, mandatory and pass is considered.
Section
Shows the section of the learning object.
Status copied from
Shows, from which data set the status was copied.
Expected processing time
Shows the expected processing time for the learning object.
Start date for the participant
Shows the date, at which the participant or learner has begun the learning object.
Editing has begun
Shows date and time, on which the editing has begun.
Completed the first time
Shows if the learning object was completed the first time.
