This report shows the number of users per organizational unit and the level of the learning success. The learning success is the percentage of the earned points in tests.

Mandatory

Select a client and determine the time period of the evaluation via starting and end date.

Optional

You can do the following filter settings for restricting the data of evaluation:

• Organizational unit (OU)
• Course activation

Organizational unit

Shows the name of the organizational unit. If you click on the title of the OU you get to the drill down report “Learning success – participant results list“.

Number of users

Shows the number of existing users in the OU.

Learning success

Shows the detected learning success in percent (percentage of the earned points in tests).
