Interfaces in Avendoo® (API)

You can use the following interfaces in the author backend of Avendoo®, this means a connection to the following third systems is possible:

Userlane is a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), this means an automatic, fully integrated software tool, which processes on highest level and is placed on an already existing software product or an app or a web page.

Userlane discovers room for improvements and the users are guided through software processes in real-time. Additionally, they can access to further help directly within the application.

Prerequisite is a Userlane license. Therefore please contact our support team.

You log into Avendoo® as normal. Userlane is integrated into the web surface and connects to the Userlane server to show the corresponding instructions for example.

During this process only anonymized user data is transferred to Userlane.
