The course management serves as coordinating the participants in Avendoo®. If you have created courses you create course activations for them, thus they can be edited by individual learners or by learning groups. Then you can add users via the participant management of the course activation or you can send course announcements or you can add course activations to a training plan.

Preview image
The preview image is shown to learners and serves as a visual characterization of a course activation. There are the following options:
- To use no preview image
- To use an own preview image
- To select a preview image from the content
- To select a preview image from the library
The preview image can be displayed in square (set check box).
