To add one or more participants directly via a list, mark the corresponding run and click on the button Add participant directly. In the opening dialog window you can select one or more users via filter search or from the list and finally you click on the button Select.

If you want to search for several user names click on the “+” besides the filter “User name”, which changes to a text field, in which you can enter the user names per line (see screenshot number 3).

Finally, you click on the button Select. If there could be participants registered, it’s shown (see screenshot number 4).

You see the list of participants, if you click on the Current number of participants of the appropriate run ( see screenshot number 6).
